How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your USport account, please follow these steps:

1. Gather your profile information: Before contacting us, please prepare the following information from your profile:
   • Your full name (as displayed in your profile)
   • Email address associated with your account
   • Phone number (if registered)
   • Profile username or ID (if available)
   • Date of account creation (approximate)
2. Send a deletion request email: Compose an email to our dedicated account deletion support team at:

Email Subject: Account Deletion Request

Email Content: Please include the following in your email:

• Clear statement that you want to delete your account
• All the profile information listed above
• Reason for account deletion (optional, but helpful for us)
• Confirmation that you understand the deletion is permanent

Processing Time

⏱️ Your request will be processed within 5 business days

After you submit your deletion request, our support team will:

1. Verify your identity using the provided profile information
2. Confirm your account details
3. Process the deletion request
4. Send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

What Happens After Deletion?

• You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted
• You will no longer be able to log in to your account
• Your profile will be removed from all groups and communities
• Your name may still appear in historical activity records (e.g., "User deleted account" in past activities)
• You can create a new account at any time using a different email address

Alternative Options

Before deleting your account, consider these alternatives:

• Deactivate notifications: You can disable all notifications in your profile settings
• Leave groups: You can leave specific groups without deleting your entire account
• Update privacy settings: Adjust your privacy settings to limit what others can see
